David Glickman
Partner
David joined Resilience in 2009 after working with the firm for several years on potential co-investments and portfolio company merger proposals. He is a member of the Resilience Transaction Team with responsibilities including origination, due diligence and oversight of acquisitions. He has extensive experience sourcing, structuring, executing, managing and exiting a broad spectrum of portfolio companies.
David retains a Partnership at Edgewater Capital where he was responsible for origination, negotiation and closure of several middle market acquisitions. He was formerly Managing Director and Co-Head of the Fund Manager of Candlewood Partners, LLC. Prior to private investing, David was in the Corporate Finance department of Bear Stearns & Company in New York, Los Angeles and London, engaged in all aspects of public debt and equity transactions. David also served as a General Partner with Sedgewick Venture Capital, a small middle market private equity fund focused on opportunistic investments in Cleveland; as a Senior Vice President of The LCP Group in New York; and as Associate Director with the Principal Activities Group at Bear, Stearns in New York.
David has served on the boards of numerous private and public companies and is on the board of several non-profit entities including certain institutes of the Cleveland Clinic. He graduated from Washington and Jefferson College with a BA in political science, and from the University of Southern California with an MBA.
