Senior Vice President Operations
Doug joined Resilience in 2008. Doug is an experienced supply chain leader with a strong background in Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing and related best in class techniques. Doug served as a Vice President of Manufacturing at Excello Engineered Systems. Prior to Excello, Doug worked as the Plant Manager of XLO Group (purchased by Excello in 2004) and Shiloh Industries.
