Ki Mixon
Principal
Ki joined Resilience in 2001. His responsibilities include acquisition searches, negotiations, due diligence, financing and operational oversight of portfolio companies.
Prior to Resilience, Ki was involved with corporate lending and investment banking at Key Bank where he was involved with a variety of assignments including both Chapter 11 and out-of-court restructurings and troubled company advisory work on both the debtor and creditor side.
Ki serves on the Board of Directors of Penda Corporation, ASC Signal Corporation, and ChemDesign Products, Inc. In addition, he serves on the Leadership Board of the Cleveland Clinic Children’s Hospital and is a Director of Air Enterprises, Inc.
Ki received his undergraduate degree in History from Wittenberg University, and earned an MBA from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University with a concentration in Finance.
