Michael Minkel
Vice President Operations
Michael Minkel joined Resilience Capital Partners in October, 2009 under the Operations Group. Formerly, he served in several positions at Oglebay Norton including Vice President of Marketing and Business Development, Vice President of Sales & Marketing and Senior Vice President of Operations. Prior to joining Oglebay Norton, Michael served as President of Exploration Computer Services and before that held numerous positions in the natural resource industry including coal exploration geology and mine planning, oil & gas software sales & consulting and energy industry-related strategic information sales & consulting. Michael holds a B.A. degree in geology from the University of Northern Iowa.
