Ron is CEO of Sureview, Inc. headquartered in Cleveland, Ohio. Ron brings 12 years of experience working in the automotive and capital equipment manufacturing industries. While serving in senior operations roles, Ron’s focus has been on value creation for stakeholders. He has held positions including President, CRO, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for companies and divisions such as Ajax Tocco Magnethermic Corp. and Park-Ohio (Nasdaq: PKOH), with revenues from $120 million to $1 billion. Ron has been involved in numerous transactions including Chapter 11 reorganizations, out-of-court restructurings, and other mergers and acquisitions, both public and private.
