Steven Rosen
Managing Partner
Steve has been engaged in providing acquisition capital to underperforming businesses and companies in bankruptcy for more than ten years. Steve is involved with all aspects of the firm’s operations including developing and maintaining relationships with investors and investment intermediaries, and the firm’s strategic planning efforts. Prior to founding Resilience Capital Partners, Steve executed transactions in several basic industries at Merrill Lynch & Company. Steve received an MBA from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland. He is a member of many professional organizations and serves on the corporate Board of Directors for several companies. He is a member of the Cleveland chapter of the Young President's Organization (YPO).
