James Boland is the former Vice Chairman of Ernst & Young and former President and CEO of the Cleveland Cavaliers Operating Company (CGAC). In addition to his accomplishments over thirty-four years with Ernst & Young and CGAC, Mr. Boland is active in numerous civic, charitable and community activities including serving on the Board of Trustees of the Leadership Cleveland program.
Matthew Crawford is President and Chief Operating Office of ParkOhio (since 2003), a diversified, world-class logistics and manufacturing company providing integrated supply chain management services and highly-engineering manufacturing products. Mr. Crawford joined the Company in 1995 as Assistant Secretary and Corporate Counsel. He is active in several community and charitable activities, and serves as a Board member of The Cleveland Orchestra and is a member of the Ronald McDonald House-Pro-Am Committee. Mr. Crawford has been a member of the Resilience Capital Partners Executive Committee since 2010. He holds a law degree from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law and a B.A. in Finance from Miami University (OH).
Steve Demetriou is the Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Aleris International, Inc., an international aluminum company, following the merger of Commonwealth Industries, Inc. and IMCO Recycling, Inc. Mr. Demetriou served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Commonwealth from June 2004, and a Director of Commonwealth from 2002 until the merger. He was President and Chief Executive Officer of privately held Noveon, Inc., a global producer of advanced specialty chemicals for consumer and industrial applications, from 2001 until June 2004, when he led the sale of Noveon to Lubrizol Corporation. From 1999 to 2001, he was Executive Vice President of IMC Global Inc., a producer and distributor of crop nutrients and animal feed ingredients. Mr. Demetriou serves on the Board of privately held Kraton Polymers as well as two public companies, Foster Wheeler AG and the OM Group, Inc. He also serves on the boards of several community organizations, including United Way of Greater Cleveland, Cuyahoga Community College Foundation and the Cleveland Sports Commission.
Lyle Ganske is the Partner-in-Charge of the Cleveland Office of the law firm Jones Day. As Partner-in-Charge, Mr. Ganske is responsible for advising significant companies, focusing primarily on mergers and acquisitions, takeovers, corporate governance, executive compensation, and general corporate counseling. Mr. Ganske serves on the boards of the Greater Cleveland Partnership, Rock & Roll Hall of Fame and Museum, and Business Volunteers Unlimited.
Kenn Ricci is a 28-year aviation veteran and among the industry’s most dynamic leaders. Mr. Ricci founded Corporate Wings, an aircraft management, charter and fixed-base operation in 1980. In 1998, Mr. Ricci revolutionized fractional aircraft ownership as the original founder of Flight Options. Mr. Ricci serves on the Business Advisory Council of his alma mater, the University of Notre Dame, is an active member of the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO); is on the Board of Trustees of University Hospitals; the Arizona Cystic Fibrosis Foundation; and, Gilmour Academy.
Scott Wolstein is the Chairman & CEO of the Developers Diversified Realty Corporation. Mr. Wolstein is involved with numerous civic, charitable, and business activities. He is a member of the Board of Governors and Executive Committee of the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts; serves on the Board of Directors of the United Way of Greater Cleveland; and is a member of the Urban Land Institute and the World’s President Organization. Mr. Wolstein also served as past Chairman of the State of Israel Bonds, Ohio Chapter, and is a four-time recipient of the Realty Stock Review’s Outstanding CEO Award.
