Len, our sector leader for Information Technology/Software, is the former Vice Chairman of Rosetta and the former President and CEO of Brulant, Inc., the third largest privately-held interactive marketing agency in the country.

At Rosetta, Len was responsible for strategic growth and overseeing mergers and acquisitions. He was the lead negotiator in the merger between Brulant and Rosetta.

Under Len’s leadership, Brulant grew from $4 million to over $75 million in revenue generating an EBITDA of over $18 million in six years. Brulant won several prestigious awards including being a three-time Inc. 500 winner, an eight-time Weatherhead 100 winner, and a five-time NorthCoast 99 winner. Len sold Brulant in July of 2008.

Len is on the boards of Rosetta and Flight Options, the second largest fractional jet company in North American. He is an active executive committee member for the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO), and is a founder and board member for PerceptIS, a technology services company.
